Hailie Jade Scott, daughter of rap icon Eminem, has welcomed her first child with husband Evan McClintock. The 29-year-old podcaster and influencer shared the joyful news on Instagram, introducing her son Elliot Marshall McClintock, born on March 14, 2025.
The baby's middle name pays tribute to Scott's famous father, whose real name is Marshall Mathers. In her Instagram post featuring the newborn wearing a light blue hooded sweater, Scott wrote "happy due date//3 weeks earthside little e 🤍" alongside a sign displaying her son's full name and birth date.
Before giving birth, Scott candidly discussed her anticipation on her Just a Little Shady podcast, expressing excitement about meeting the "human she created" and wondering about his future personality and appearance.
The couple had previously revealed they were expecting a boy during a November podcast episode, where Scott popped a balloon releasing blue confetti. Her husband Evan enthusiastically shared his dreams of taking their future son hunting and golfing.
The Grammy-winning rapper's journey to becoming a grandfather was captured in his October 2024 music video "Temporary," which showed Scott surprising him with the pregnancy news. In touching footage, she presented Eminem with a "Grandpa" football jersey and sonogram image, moving him to tears.
Eminem has long credited his daughter for motivating his success. In a 2001 interview with Q magazine, he shared that Hailie's birth was "a real wakeup call," inspiring him to work harder and secure her future.
The arrival of little Elliot marks a new chapter for the family, making the "Lose Yourself" rapper a first-time grandfather at 52.
